So here we are writing in a new genre - a genre that I never thought I would be writing…

FANTASY

Here’s the vibes:

The kingdom is bleeding grey under a tyrant’s rule. The land is dying, the magic is vanishing, the starving beasts at the walls have gone mad, and her mother is dead of a curse that never should have taken her.

[redacted] has spent her whole life believing a lie, and believing the strange power inside her was a danger to everyone. But when the king’s cruelty reaches her door and takes everything she loves, she knows he has to pay.

With a stolen dagger, an orphaned wolf and magic she once promised to hide, she sets out across the dying kingdom toward the throne to hunt the man responsible for her grief.

What she doesn’t expect is [redacted], a maddening, secretive gryphon shifter who fights like something out of a story the world has tried to forget, appearing wherever the danger is and proving to be far more than a maddening man. But the truth she carries could set the whole kingdom alight, and the two of them are far more tangled in the curse than either of them know.

As her private hunt for vengeance grows into a spark the broken people have been waiting for, the secrets between them threaten to cost them the rebellion, the crown, and each other.
