Thank you for supporting our upcoming releases! Below is everything you need to know about placing an order or pre-order with us.

What is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order allows you to purchase a book before its official release date. This secures your copy and supports the launch of the title.

Release & Shipping Timeline

All pre-orders will ship on or around the release date listed on the product page.

If unexpected delays occur (printer delays, shipping issues, etc.), we’ll notify you via email.

If you order in-stock items along with pre-order items, your full order will ship once all items are available. To receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.

Shipping & Fulfillment

Pre-orders are fulfilled in the order they are received.

We use USPS or UPS for domestic and international shipping.

Tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.

Payment & Cancellations

Your payment is processed at the time of checkout to reserve your copy.

Pre-orders can be canceled for a full refund up until 10 days before the release date. After that, cancellations may not be possible as the fulfillment process begins.

Signed Copies / Special Editions

If the listing includes a signed copy, special edition, or exclusive bonus, it will be noted clearly in the product description.

Availability is limited and may not be restocked once sold out.
