What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order allows you to purchase a book before its official release date. This secures your copy and supports the launch of the title.

Release & Shipping Timeline

• All pre-orders will ship on or around the release date listed on the product page.

• If unexpected delays occur (printer delays, shipping issues, etc.), we’ll notify you via email.

• If you order in-stock items along with pre-order items, your full order will ship once all items are available. To receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.

Shipping & Fulfillment

• Pre-orders are fulfilled in the order they are received.

• We use USPS or UPS for domestic and international shipping.

• Tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.

Payment & Cancellations

• Your payment is processed at the time of checkout to reserve your copy.

• Pre-orders can be canceled for a full refund up until 10 days before the release date. After that, cancellations may not be possible as the fulfillment process begins.

Signed Copies / Special Editions

• If the listing includes a signed copy, special edition, or exclusive bonus, it will be noted clearly in the product description.

• Availability is limited and may not be restocked once sold out.
